Changing the way we make your payments

From 28 December 2011 we’re changing the way we make sterling payments to meet the timing requirements of the Payment Services Regulations. The main change is that the majority of payments you make, including standing orders, will be processed more quickly via the Faster Payments Service, rather than via Bacs. Your terms and conditions will change as a result and there will also be changes to some of our other banking services. More details can be found via the link below.
