Requirements

  • You must be an existing customer to apply for Arena. Please contact your local branch if you wish to take advantage of this service but are not an existing customer.

Minimum system requirements

  • Minimum 2Ghz Intel or AMD CPU
  • Minimum 1Gigabyte of RAM (Windows XP), 2Gigabytes (Windows Vista, Windows 7)
  • 50 Megabytes of free disk space
  • Minimum bandwidth - ADSL2+ with 2Mbit download and 256Kbit upload throughput
  • Supported operating systems - Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7
  • Microsoft Silverlight version 4.0.60831.0 or later. Version 5, not currently supported
  • Supported Browsers - IE version 8.0 \ Mozilla Firefox 3.6.20
  • Minimum Display Resolution 1280 X 1024
