Invoice Discounting

On the 19th August 2010, Lloyds Banking Group plc announced its intention to close Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited on the 31st December 2010. On the 31st December 2010, all of the assets and liabilities of Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited transferred to Bank of Scotland plc ('the Bank') through a merger and Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited ceased to exist.

In September 2011 the Bank gave notice that Invoice Discounting and Business Finance Agreements will terminate after 31st March 2012.

All Invoice Discounting and Business Finance customers have been written to notifying them of the impact of this termination on their account.

We strongly advise Invoice Discounting and Business Finance customers to make alternative arrangements as soon as possible with another provider. For your convenience, we have listed details of some Invoice Discounting providers alphabetically below:
