How will my P@yline facility operate after 31st December 2010?

Your facility continues to the date in the Term clause as set out in your Facility Agreement (including under the General Conditions).

I have a P@yline Facility agreement that has an expiry date of 30th June 2011. Can I continue to make payments under my P@yline until that date?

Will the Bank continue to honour obligations under Bonds/Guarantees/Standbys

All obligations of Bank of Scotland (Ireland) will be honoured by Bank of Scotland plc.

You issued a guarantee in respect of my overdraft facility with another financial institution which expires in January 2011. Will the Bank be renewing this?
