Fixed Rate Saver Account
Your Fixed Rate Saver Account has been deactivated since 31st October 2010. If you have not already closed your Fixed Rate Saver Account, you should make arrangements to do so and for the full payment of any remaining funds in the account.
On 31st October 2010, all interest due up to the end of term was credited to your Fixed Rate Saver account. Interest was calculated and credited on the balance in your account as of 31st October 2010 on the basis that the Fixed Rate Saver Account balance remained unchanged for the remainder of the term.
On the 31st October 2010, the credit interest rate on your account was set to ZERO and no further interest will be credited to your Fixed Rate Saver Account.
Flexi Saver, Child Saver or Monthly Saver accounts:
Your Flexi Saver, Child Saver or Monthly Saver Account has been deactivated since 18th June 2010. If you have not already closed your account, you should make arrangements to do so and for the full payment of any remaining funds in the account. All money due to you including interest that has accrued prior to 18th June 2010 has been credited to your savings account.
How to claim the final balance on your Savings account
To claim your final account balance please complete the Claim Form which can be downloaded here and send it to:

In order for us to transfer your balance electronically you will need to provide us with your BIC & IBAN details (these can be found on your current account statement or by contacting your Bank). Once your banking details are correct you should receive the funds within 10 working days.
Any closure requests through the Telephony channel in the Customer Service Centre cannot be completed unless received in writing.
