Personal Loan
Your Personal Loan will continue under the current Terms & Conditions until all outstanding amounts have been repaid or you decide to close it early. Your monthly repayment will continue to be collected as normal and you will receive a statement annually. If you wish to redeem your personal loan early you may be required to pay an early settlement fee.
If you have Payment Protection on your personal loan this will continue on the current terms until the loan account is repaid in full or closed.
How do I find out information about my Personal Loan, for instance current balance, term remaining, settlement figures or interest rate?

My contact details have changed, what should I do?
It is important to let us know if your contact information has changed since you took out your Personal Loan e.g. home address or mobile phone number. To update your details, or for general account enquiries, please contact us on 1890 81 81 81.
I am having financial difficulties and may not be able to pay my Personal Loan. Who should I call?

How to change your Direct Debit instruction for your Personal Loan:
If you have recently changed current account provider, you may need to download and complete a new Direct Debit instruction form. This will allow us to change the account where your monthly direct debit payment is collected. This will ensure that these accounts do not fall into arrears.
