Bank of Scotland plc BoS Gold Information

All BoS Gold accounts have been de-activated as of the 18th June 2010 and any outstanding balance, interest and charges due must be repaid to the Bank of Scotland plc immediately. Since the 18th June 2010, all BoS Gold accounts have been blocked and your credit limit can no longer be accessed. Any cheques presented to your account will not be honoured.

Debit balance

If you have already repaid your overdraft or are currently paying through an existing arrangement with us then you need take no further action. Your monthly repayment will continue to be collected as normal and you will receive a statement annually. Your agreement with us will remain in place until all amounts owing to us have been repaid.

Savings balance

Customers with a savings balance on their BoS Gold account should contact us on 1890 81 81 81 and request that their funds, including any refunds due, be transferred to their current account.
