Business Current Account

On the 19th August 2010, Lloyds Banking Group plc announced its intention to close Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited on the 31st December 2010. On the 31st December 2010, all of the assets and liabilities of Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited transferred to Bank of Scotland plc under a merger and Bank of Scotland (Ireland) Limited ceased to exist.

All Business Current Account customers have been written to with information notifying them of the closure of Bank of Scotland (Ireland) will impact their account(s).
