FAQs

Why has the payment limit been reduced?
The new limits do not allow me to make the payments I need to make and this is very inconvenient.
The payment limit has been reduced as part of some changes to our systems to protect the security of our customer's accounts. We provide a number of other services to make larger payments, in order to discuss these options further please contact your Relationship Manager.
Why can't I have the same account access as before? Now I have to fill in multiple forms? Why is this necessary?
My business needs a number of people to operate on the bank accounts - why has the previous arrangement been stopped?
We have moved to a single mandate that will cover all of your accounts rather than a different form for different accounts. We appreciate that this may affect the way you manage your accounts initially, but this change should make managing your accounts simpler in the long term.
