| Special cheque clearance | Reduced to £10 per item. |

| Stopping a cheque | £10 to stop a cheque. We still stop lost or stolen cheques free of charge. |
| Copy statements | £5 per sheet, with no maximum charge. |
| Bankers draft (sterling) | £20 per draft. |
| Interim statements requested by you | £3 per sheet, with no maximum charge. |
| Audit letters | £25 per hour. A minimum charge of £25 will apply. |
| Night-safe | £2 for each credit paid in. |
| Inter-account transfers | Transfers between accounts with the same business name are free. We charge for payments made to an account in a different name. You'll find full details of these charges in 'Your Account Charges Explained' brochure. |
| BACSTEL-IP | There is now a charge of £4 for each BACS file submission, whether this is Direct or Indirect. The standard item fee will be 10p. |
