The changes to Business Internet Banking allow your existing 'full access' users to apply for other products online, such as savings accounts and text alerts. As well as setting up the 'full access' and ' View only' users, you can also set up a new 'delegate full access' user.
These users will have full access to Business Internet Banking but will not be able to apply for products online.
If you would prefer to change a user’s current access level to ‘delegate full access’ user, you can download a form available through Business Internet Banking. Please complete and return to the address on the form.

- You can no longer view a currency account on Business Internet Banking. Please contact your relationship management team or visit one of our branches to find alternative ways to access this information.
