Business Internet Banking
We have given the Business Internet Banking Service a fresh new look making our site easier to navigate. We have also added some new features, making it simple to apply for Bank of Scotland products and services online. One of our new features will allow you to register for free text alerts with details of recent transactions and up-to-date balances.
Help and support
- For normal banking enquiries call 0845 300 0268. Our current opening times are 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on Saturday.
- For Technical Business Internet Banking issues call 0845 300 2924. You can speak to us between 7am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-2pm on Saturday. After the change you will be able to speak to us between 7am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am-6pm on Saturday and Sunday.

- Will I lose the view of my currency account via Corporate Online?
- You can no longer view a currency account on Business Internet Banking. Please contact your relationship management team or visit one of our branches to find alternative ways to access this information.
