You told me that my Loan Account Number and Sort Code are changing. When will this happen?
These changes are due towards the end of the year, and we will write to you about them closer to the time.
Why do I have to have new account details?
We are moving our banking, savings and loan accounts to one simple, efficient system. As part of this, we need to allocate you a new Loan Account Number and Sort Code. There may also be changes to loan repayments and interest charges but we will write to you about all of these changes closer to the time.
